



Homemade banh mitt with some pork belly that's been simmered in soy sauce until tender. Unfortunately, I could only find pork belly strips. Otherwise, it's fairly classic with pickled carrots, pâté, coriander, and cucumber. For me, one of the best sandwiches you can have without cheese.
